About Me

My therapeutic approach is firmly rooted in humanism, where I place immense value on the uniqueness and intrinsic worth of every person. Having been on the other side of therapy myself, I understand the apprehension and uncertainty that can accompany seeking help. The first appointment can be a whirlwind of emotions—newness, butterflies, and self-doubt. I want to assure you from the start that you are not “crazy”; you are undeniably human. Mistakes are not only okay but an inherent part of life’s journey.

One of the remarkable aspects of therapy is that you are in control. You get to decide what topics we explore, and if there is something you would rather not discuss, we won’t. My goal is to empower you to stand up for yourself, recognize your strengths, needs, desires, and aspirations, and work collaboratively to help you achieve them, ultimately becoming the best version of yourself.

Full disclosure: I’m a bit ADHD and a touch nosy, but it’s all in the service of creating a welcoming space for you to share your life. I genuinely revel in celebrating your progress and growth.

I wholeheartedly adore my profession and take joy in providing clients with a safe and empathetic space where they can express themselves freely. My expertise shines when it aligns with the unique needs and areas of interest that I bring to my practice. These include working with women’s issues, addressing anxiety, boosting self-esteem, navigating boundaries, enhancing relationships, managing general life stresses, facilitating grief work, and helping individuals navigate transitions into different phases of life.

My preferred client age ranges from 6 to 11 and 24 and up. I thrive on assisting clients in breaking free from the cycle of anxious or negative thoughts, allowing them to regain a sense of purpose and direction. Ultimately, my goal is to empower individuals to tap into their inner strengths, fostering happiness, confidence, and bravery, as they journey towards their best selves.
